Canonically Absurd™
Canonically Absurd is a parody card game for anime fans, a classic fill-in-the-blank style gameplay with a niche twist. Made for adults and mature teens- but you can expect more than just crude humor here. Canonically Absurd goes beyond the average party game by encouraging fan discussion along with guaranteed laughs at the bizarre references pulled from dozens of titles, from 90s releases to Fall 2026 simulcasts.
Revisit your favorite anime moments and fan theories, guess who or what a card is referencing (and explain it to less cultured players who can't place it), and laugh at the expense of characters you love and those you love to hate- all while seeing who can make the funniest and most bizarre matches. If you love party card games and anime- this one’s for you.
